First follow the hike, but following the directions backwards: from Hadera train station, take the bus to Geulei Teiman, and walk through the fields to see the turtles.
Next walk back to the highway and walk over to Kfar HaRoeh. Many delicacies await, see map below (please don't eat the Bonzai trees).
